Known as the “off-label drug bill,” the Kansas Senate joined it’s House counterpart and approved legislation protecting doctors prescribing off-label drugs and barring pharmacists from refusing to fill off-label scripts. Gov. Laura Kelly can sign; veto; or “pocket veto” the bill.
Instrumental in passage of Senate Bill 2188 making ivermectin available without a prescription, thanked everyone, including FLCCC, via her Telegram channel: “Proud of my team!
